Cancellation Policy

It can happen that circumstances may prevent you from honouring your booking. Should this happen please give us as much notice as possible to enable us to relet the accommodation.

Individual Bookings

Up to 14 days prior to arrival – A £40.00 Admin Fee is chargeable.

From within 7 days up to 48 hours prior to arrival – 50% of the total booking cost is chargeable.

From within 48 hours prior to arrival – 100% of the total booking cost is chargeable.

If we can re-let the room, then no charge will be applicable. If a cancellation charge has already been applied to a booking, then this charge will be refunded in full after the resale of the room.

Bookings can be rescheduled by negotiation.

Group bookings

To secure your requested date for a group booking a 25% deposit is required. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
